Would stay again. Excellent location,...

Liked: Nicely renovated rooms that are modern and have all the right luxuries. Mini bar was good too. Many hotels have gone away from mini bar so was nice to have it available in the room.
Disliked: The doors are noisy and slam throughout the hallway from other guests.

Liked: Great location and access to the public transport was super great!
Disliked: Unfortunately this accomodation is older and surrounded by a lot of new infrastructures, this was slightly deceiving, however the inside appears to be recently renovated. The only other concern would be the shower leaking due to tiling fall and lack of water pressure.

Disliked: i could not get into the hotel when i arrived. it was sometime in the morning, the sign said staff were attending with another guest and would be back. no one had come back and i tried calling the duty manager number on the sign but it went straight to voicemail. i could not stay in the hotel room and had to drive 2 hours home. i would like my money back

Liked: The hotel itself was lovely and in close proximity to where we needed to go for an appointment.
Disliked: We didn’t like the surcharge for room service on top of the $5 delivery fee because it was a Sunday. The pillows were not comfortable at all.
