Great location, very clean rooms...

Liked: Great location and the room was perfect for our family. Very clean facilities and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: Pricing was a little bit on the high side, and the parking was a bit excessive.

Very good

Liked: Clean, neat and perfect location.
Disliked: The service in the restaurant was poor. Only one person doing everything, as well as room service and we still had to pay a surcharge of 15%.

Liked: We liked room. Staff pleasant especially Hugo (Superman) in bar and Rachel waitress.
Disliked: Hotel cold,apart from bedrooms.No drawer space in room. Only six clothes hangers but got more when asked. We were staying 2 weeks.Bar closed 9.30.Choice of food not varied.Nowhere to sit outside. Smoking area not cleaned regular.Only cleaned twice in two weeks.

Love the location and spacious...

Liked: The room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Excellent location as it is right to the Victoria Cross Metro station.
Disliked: Nothing
