Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Only downfall was that I'm a light sleeper and our wall was connected with the lifts and I could hear every time the lifts went up or down

Disliked: It was great until I got woken up at 1am by a staff member clearing room service dishes next door to my room. Incredibly loud. For a work trip I was pretty angry to get woken up. Could have waited to clear in the morning.

Disliked: Personal thing but would be good to have a choice of some flat pillows as well as big fat ones.

Good value for money right...

Liked: I enjoyed my in room dinner. It exceeded my expectations and the person who delivered the meal to my room was polite and friendly. I found the king size bed to be comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The room was clean and was quite large.
Disliked: There was nothing I did not like.

Liked: Hospital surgery at the north shore private location was very convenient
Disliked: Signage at the front of the driveway not easy to see although big enough, colour of sign could be better
