Disliked: The rooms are "Aesthetically pleasing" that’s where it ends. A LOT of hidden fees - room rates, daily cleaning fees and parking fees. Beds are horrible, pillows are ridiculously high. We spent a week here, it’s torture on the body! The room service is the bare minimum, floors aren’t cleaned, sanitary bins aren’t emptied, counters aren’t wiped the only things done are beds made, toilet paper refilled, room bins emptied and clean towels. The bathrooms don’t have any extractor fans resulting in a lot of moisture - over time I see this as a health risk with mould build up! Staff are great however there seems to be a lack of communication as no one is on the same page and all tell you different. Location is good as it’s next to the train station.
