Liked: Staff were lovely and very accommodatingLocation is perfect
Disliked: Cleanliness of room was not the best, dusty bed lamps, hair and toothpaste in the bathroom.The music in the bar on Thursday & Friday night was way too loud, we couldn't even have a conversation.

Favourite hotel, I always choose...

Liked: Staff are always absolutely lovely. They are engaging and curious about your needs. They always offer extra support too.
Disliked: Breakfast is always a bit disappointing. Not enough selection, and food quality on offer is poor and cooked poorly
