Disappointing.

Liked: Location is fantastic.
Disliked: Rooms in need of a major refurbishment- hard to understand why this has not occurred before with a 20 year old hotel.

Overrated

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Dirty dishes under the sink, only 1 chair to sit at the table, looked like it could be updated

Liked: The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: Our room service meals were cold and the burger Pattie wasn’t cooked properly. A little disappointing.

Liked: Loved everything about the hotel. Location is amazing, view from harbour side spectacular . The dinner staff went over the top on a busy night. Super friendly and happy staff
Disliked: Sofa bed could be more comfortable

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the view of the harbour was beautiful.
Disliked: I was a bit disappointed that the streaming service to our room didn't work via the room Chromecast and the lack of a few bathroom luxuries and no bath robes, first world problems i know however I do want to give an honest review but for the price compared to other hotels with the same star rating, the small details matter sometimes.

Liked: Service at bar and breakfast was great.Staff very welcoming.
Disliked: The fact there was no hot water in the motel ,so cold shower after a 7hr drive. No mention at check in.I was also approached by a customer asking if my room had hot water. He had also inquired at the check in counter but was quite taken as they didn't seem to care.I understand such dramas do happen but I would expect staff to mention.There were quite a few customer with children staying during my visit.
