Disliked: uncomfortable pillows, I had to pay extra at the buffet breakfast to get dairy free milk.the room average and the staff were pretty flat. the staff in the restaurant were lovely.

Disliked: Restaurant was not open on a Sunday night, only bar menu available. Buffet breakfast was very basic not a full buffet available on a Monday morning. Could only order scrambled eggs, bacon etc - had to cook our own toast, the cold selection was disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast buffet was truly exceptional, and the Chicane Grill and Bar stood out as one of our favorite experiences.
Disliked: While the bathroom corners in the motel room could have been cleaner, it did not detract from our overall stay.

Liked: Rooms are clean and comfy, staff all very friendly and helpful in finding out answer when they didn't know
Disliked: The 'gym' is tiny, very basic and poorly ventilated. No water available there, and no room to do any warm up stretches.Food options for coeliac was limited, and the meals were poor quality for the price. Parking fills up quickly so arrive early!
