Disliked: The pillows were a bit to thick would be nice to have thinner option.

Liked: Room layout was great and the room has a great flow. I loved that you had a big beautiful big rainfall showerhead but also a smaller handheld one.

Liked: The hotel had little touches that made it feel cosy, and more like a home away from home than most hotels. A lovely hint of colour, decor pieces that gave a homely touch, a warm fire in the lobby, and a fragrance throughout the hallways that was subtle and classic. Location was great, staff were professional and helpful, room was absolutely clean, bed and pillows were cosy and homely. Will stay again and will recommend.
