Liked: Location near theater and museums. Well-appointed room, more spacious than expected. Tech for check-in/out. Motion-sensor hall lights for energy savings. Accommodating staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Would 110% stay here again...

Liked: Easily accessible by transport services. Great location for access to shops and transport.Staff very approachable and helpful.Beautifully kept and maintained amenities and rooms.

Liked: Really good first time experience. Staff were very welcoming upon entry and helpful with all questions I had.We had a deluxe king room on the 21st floor, at the very end of the hallway. The room was spacious, comfortable and the view of the city. Cannot fault the cleanliness. The ensuite is an open wet room, great size and very clean. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend.Side note: this is nothing against Ridges. But if you like a thinner pillow, I would suggest taking your own pillow (if you’re local) or squeeze one into your luggage if travelling ☺️ the pillows provided are very comfortable if watching tv but to sleep with, I felt they were too high for me.

Liked: There is so much we liked. It is a great option in Melbourne. The location, self service check in/check out, room size and beautiful design were stand outs. Staff were always friendly and welcoming too. Good restaurant downstairs too.
Disliked: The bed was a bit soft for us and you roll to the edges as joined in the middle, but personel preference. We found the heating/cooling a little difficult to get right.
