People with young families AVOID

Liked: MOST of the staff were pleasant and did their job. The food was fine and most things clean and tidy.
Disliked: They charge $75 for a travel cot to be put in the room- no sheets changed or towels left for baby included. A bit much. Heater in the room is unsafe for young children but not mentioned when booking for young families. Heater necessary in freezing temps of winter. SO many drafts through the windows. The man waiting in the restaurant during breakfast was absolutely the rudest most awful waiter I've experienced...maybe ever. He obviously hates women/young families and was not afraid to show it. If I'd known we were going to be treated this way I would have paid more to stay somewhere else. Will never be back.
