Disliked: Room extremely hot due to the ducted airconditioning. Basin hot water barely warm. A constant water dripping outside bedroom window made sleeping very difficult. Bedside lamp not working. Pillows hard. Scrambled eggs at the breakfast bar barely warm. Had a fantastic breakfast on previous occasions.

Liked: I work in hotels, so I notice the little things that set this place apart. It was clean and well-appointed. The mini bar prices were so reasonable! We stayed here two times- on the second time, I requested firm pillows, and they came through with 6 firm pillows!!! It was great. We came in the middle of winter but the heater kept us very toasty all night!The food in the restaurant is great, and the history of the building makes the stay even more wonderful. We will definitely be back again!
