It was okay. Not there...

Liked: It was okay but expensive for what it was. I prefer a la carte not buffet.
Disliked: The parking and the cost.

Liked: They are unresponsive via phone call and email.
Disliked: They charged me for the room booking when I checked out, despite me already having paid for this in full via booking.com. They refuse to reply to my emails and answer phone calls. I am still in the midst of trying to resolve this issue and it is wasting my time and energy.

Liked: Loved the bed very comfy. Location ideal. Friendly staff. Nice hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was lukewarm warm and very overpriced $35 each. I only had scrambled eggs on toast. !!!! Buffet selection was a bit lacking tbh although I did see it being restocked later so maybe our timing was off. Wish we’d gone out for breakfast.

Liked: Everyone was extremely helpful. Nothing was a bother.
Disliked: Although the location was great for our needs, there isn’t a lot going on after 9pm around the area, however, the bar at the hotel was a lovely way to have a night cap.

Disliked: Breakfast buffet was terrible down stairsThe room was too noisy even though I asked for a high room away from noise. The phone did not work in the room. No extra toiletry supplies like in other hotels. Food supplied on the 2 conference days was disgusting for a Coeliac’s. I ended up going across to the little supermarket to get some fruit and gluten free crackers.
