Missed the mark.

Liked: Reception staff awesome.
Disliked: Room 615 is noisy from the fridge and water pipe or something in/next to room. Hard to sleep. Bed was super soft to the point it was uncomfortable.Room service dinner was told it would only take 20 mins and it was almost 2 hours. Kids were famished by the time it arrived. The rate was $474 for a night so we had high expectations but were sadly disappointed. The bathroom floor had so much cleaning product on it, it was deadly when wet.

Except for cleaning staff the...

Liked: Lived the area
Disliked: The cleaning staff, left over food found in fridge. We opted out on changing towels, but the cleaner changed our handle note left on our door from don’t change towels to don’t clean room!!!
