Comfortable, clean and in a...

Liked: Very comfortable beds, spotless and clean, great location, friendly staff, easy parking next door.
Disliked: The television could do with updating. Searching channels was quite clunky and became frustrating.

Disappointed with the hotel but...

Liked: The staff at the restaurant was excellent and the service was as if it was seperate to the hotel itself. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant service.
Disliked: The room was small for a family of 5 people The phone for service wasn’t working No dental kit even though it was on the app, because the in room phone wasn’t working we couldn’t call through to reception.When we used the app to get service it took several hours for a response because the tv remote stopped working,No vent in the bathroom The bathroom was not suitable for a family The whole experience of the room was just very disappointing For the amount we paid.

Disliked: Parking, but that is an all round problem in that area.
