Totally exceeded our expectations!

Liked: Stayed for the Tour de Bris so location was fantastic. The room was amazing, clean, very modern and spacious, as was the bathroom- superb. The view over the old pavilion was amazing, overall totally exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: Only one minor issue was the lifts, because the hotel was so busy with the event only 2 lifts were not enough and slow and kept skipping floors?

Liked: Location / staff/ facilities all good.
Disliked: I forgot to mention on check out that the television did not go . I am sure if I had mentioned it earlier they would have responded and offered assistance.
