Disliked: Hotel rated at 4 stars - did not meet this expectationOn arrival the room was was not ready - waited 45 minutes before we could check in - self check inAdvised on arrival the swimming pool was not available due to maintenance - two children arrived from Victoria expecting to use the swimming pool - not used to Darwin HeatModerate mould growth in the bathroom/showerFold out bed in studio was very uncomfortable - ended up sleeping on as couch not a bedRooms are bare - no information, dark and unwelcomingRequested extra blankets due to being cold and had to request repeatedlyCarpet/Room smelt mouldy

Liked: Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, transport. Hotel was quiet. Check- in was easy and efficient.
Disliked: The lack of a person at reception makes checking in very impersonal

It was strange.

Disliked: The staff took the payment card inside to process, weird. And back to ask for ID few times, strange. And there was internet router inside of the room running, very strange, never seen like that in any hotel room.
