Excellent location to explore Sydney...

Liked: Great location near Chinatown and Darling Square. Perfect to walk to many areas of the cbd and Hyde Park and Circular Quay. Good apartment style and very comfortable beds.
Disliked: We selected a superior room but were located next to the laundry room and the apartment was not like the photos in the booking. The balcony floor was dirty with leaves and needed a clean.

Excellent location, good size rooms

Liked: The location is excellent, walking distance to light rails, trains and shopping. Room size with 2 double beds is good. The small kitchenette is fantastic.
Disliked: One of the lifts was under maintenance so takes a while longer. But this is temporary.

Superb

Liked: Excellent customer service. When I accidentally broke a glass bottle, the staff came up and gave the room a vacuum for safety. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The roof above the spa pool was rusting with peeling paint and there were rust stains on the floor near the pool. I didn't go in the sauna as a cockroach emerged when I opened the door.
