Liked: Bed was comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, bathroom and room were spotless.
Disliked: The pool, spa and sauna look gorgeous in the website photos when infact it was pretty run down. You have to go down to reception to get pool towels. The noise in our room of the lift going up and down and families in other rooms with young children was not ideal considering what I paid for our accommodation.

Liked: The staff were terrific, and the location is excellent. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The kitchenette has most things you would need for a short stay. I expected to hear traffic noise because I was on level 2 but was pleasantly surprised that I didn't hear anything from outside.
Disliked: There wasn't a toaster which was odd. There was also some noise that seemed to be linked to the water pipes. It was loud 2-3 times, early in the evening and then I didn't hear it again.

Liked: The check in and out was fast and easy although on arrival I was told the pool was not open, That was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I had booked this accommodation spot.
Disliked: I was on the city side and I was very surprised at the noise levels from the street.
