Disliked: the heater in the room is not working.

Very pleasant hotel with good...

Liked: Good facilities, friendly staff and good location. Nice swimming pool too for the kids.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that $35 is a bit steep for breakfast. We decided to eat elsewhere because there were 4 of us and that would be too expensive.

Every thing about our stay...

Liked: The Pool and Sauna area was fabulous, could do with more comply chairs The dinning room & service was lovely as we had two small children & meals were made to their taste.
Disliked: When I arrived home my credit card had been charged $8 for room bar which we didn’t use. When we arrived at our room on arrival there was a wine glass outside the door. I phoned the Hotel & was advised that the funds would be re credited to my card. Hasn’t happen as yet.

Disliked: They didn't had car park. 25$ per night for on premises parking is unreasonable.They didn't provide water bottle.

Our room was and location...

Liked: Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. Location was terrific
Disliked: The pool, spa, gym, change rooms were all absolutely filthy. This area opens early in the morning but all the wet dirty towels were still there. No clean ones. The drinking water was empty. The TV did not work to put on music. The fans would not turn on. The gym was too hot. The previous afternoon we used the health area and it was full of unsupervised children. The bathrooms were disgraceful. Only half the spa jets work. The heated pool was not heated ( too cold) The bar n restaurant again had unsupervised children. The corridors were full of cleaning equipment. The car park was filthy. The whole place appeared to have not been properly cleaned for months.
