Plain, comfortable and well located....

Liked: Easy checkin. Room had good amenities - kettle, fridge, desk. It was quiet and clean.
Disliked: It was winter but room was too hot and couldn't reduce the thermostat temperature (preset maybe for all rooms?). The only window/door was to another internal area, that is, the lounge/restaurant atrium, so no fresh air could be accessed. Furniture was a little dated, especially the sofa and coffee table. Safe battery was flat.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: You really really really need to update your blankets and peharps clean the couches. The blankets are lowering your reputation. Mine was torn with threads hanging on all sides and the blanket was worn out and musty. It’s was so unlike the neatness of the bathroom and the rest of the room. Seeing it made me doubt if everything was as clean as it looked. It’s a simple and inexpensive fix. Bring in a team to clean the couches. You are competing with the hotel realm and other 5 start hotels around you. Let people actually see you as value for money and not the cheap option.

Disliked: The restaurant was a bit dear $62 for a steal and you only get a mushroom and slice of lemon, if you want chips they are $12.50 extra
