Liked: Excellent location, comfortable bed and amenities. Helpful staff. Easily accessible parking. Pool and spa were excellent with pool towels provided.

Liked: The room given to us was bigger with more facilities than were mentioned at the time of booking. I was supposed to get a double bed and a sofa bed but I was given a room with two double beds. This tells me that the staff are highly customer oriented and are happy to go over expectations if possible.

Liked: Location was nice, room was Pretty okay in size.Ambience was really good.
Disliked: Staff was knocking the door at 9 am while the checkout time was 11. When we checked in they said that the breakfast would be open till 10:30am. When we went for breakfast they said we close at 10:00am. Either tell your staff to communicate properly or provide after the time cause that’s staff’s mistake. And after that we got charged for mini bar that we didn’t even touch and the bill was $144.58. Really almost around $150 for mini bar????? Worst experience ever.

Disliked: Seemed to be understaffed. Breakfast dishes left on tables at the restaurant as only one staff member to cover entire dining room area

Liked: Room was clean, in great spot would rebook the same room again.Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and a lot of variety.
Disliked: Not enough teaspoons (only one) and no complementary biscuits.Prices for the mini bar snacks very over priced for the chocolate.Just need to put toilet brushes in.And no fans in he bathroom’s, for the steam from showers
