Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: Shower - water flow was pathetic. (Room 411)

Liked: Queen room x1 bed) large & can open window. Early arrival so stored our luggage in locked room.Checkout 11am. I am gluten & dairy free, & at breakfast in their restaurant, chef made me 2 poached eggs on GF toast , with bacon & tomato from buffet,& coffee in hot almond milk. Also nuts, GF cornflakes & canned fruit.
Disliked: Mattress too soft, probably foam? Hard pillows. On checkin, not told to scan back of room card envelope for hotel info, nothing in room.Dated decor, room very bland, as were many long grey corridors, confusing to find room!Not told restaurant closed when we arrived on Monday public holiday. Long walk in cold & dark outside to find dinner!

Liked: Good sized room for family of 4, value for money and reasonably convenient location Able to get street parking for our car
Disliked: It was a cold weekend and the room wasn’t quite warm enough overnight, especially with little kids

Made my stay super comfortable...

Liked: Amazing place, spacious and clean rooms with a beautiful view of the city. Staff was amazing specially the manager Sagar Thapa, he is probably the most helpful and genuine person i have met throughout my stay in the hotels. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Nothing major really tbh all i can say is the parking number plate reader/senser could be better, i always had to press the button, it struggled reading my car number plate.
