Ridges was very close to...

Liked: Our aircon was not heating and the receptionist came to have a look. When she realised it was not able to be fixed she room moved us immediately.

Passable

Disliked: Very dated and noisy. Couldn’t close the window completely and you could hear other guests in the hallways and on other floors.
