Rydges Auckland

I enjoyed my stay at the Rydges; so centrally situated; all the places are within walking distance; the staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Parking building next door was convenient and good price. Great location for Skycity. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Perfect size room for 3. Tidy, clean and looked newly renovated in the bathroom

Disliked: Better heating as couldnt get heat going maybe heat pump instead.

Liked: Air conditioning didn’t work and you need to put coffee machines in the rooms, instant coffee isn’t great in a hotel such as yours and everywhere else they have them

Liked: Love the location - staff were awesome/ cleaners were so respectful.. i Worked in my room a couple of days due to weather and cleaners were so respectful and considerate 😀

Liked: The location was central. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect.
Disliked: I continually had problems with the swipe card working, even after being replaced. The phone in the room didn't work even though it was replaced. This meant I had to use my own phone to ring services in the hotel, which sometimes went unanswered.
