Serious case of false advertising.

Liked: The food and staff were great and we enjoyed some of the water activities.
Disliked: I booked the room based on the images for my room type on the website. When we got to our room, it was not the images from the website but an old, outdated room with peeling paint on the ceiling, dirty mattress on the pullout and cobwebs in the bathroom. The cabin was dated and not well maintained. This was a serious case of false advertising. We tried to use the hot tub and couldn’t even be in the room because of the chemicals. Every garbage can around the resort was overfull and never emptied all weekend. If we ever decide to go back, we know now that we have to specifically ask for new cabin only.

The weather wasn’t great, but...

Liked: Beautiful views. Fishing outside our front door, golf outside the back door. So many things for the kids to do. We loved it!
Disliked: Honestly, nothing. I was a little confused about using the fire pits, etc…not sure if we needed to reserve them or if they were open to use.

Disliked: The beds are very uncomfortable to sleep on personally, woke up sore.

Liked: The room was plenty big for 3 people and clean.
Disliked: Nothing was available, the whole place is under renovation. So incredibly disappointed as why was not told at time of booking that nothing would be available, we would of went somewhere else. Everything closed, pool indoor, pool outdoor, no Resturant, bar open only couple hours, no ice, breakfast buffet for the price (overly pricey)everything's should of been warm not cold, sadly even the coffee was barely luke warm. Sadly we would never stay again
