Liked: I loved the view and how clean it was, staff was incredible
Disliked: The beds are very uncomfortable to sleep on personally, woke up sore.

Poor

Liked: The room was plenty big for 3 people and clean.
Disliked: Nothing was available, the whole place is under renovation. So incredibly disappointed as why was not told at time of booking that nothing would be available, we would of went somewhere else. Everything closed, pool indoor, pool outdoor, no Resturant, bar open only couple hours, no ice, breakfast buffet for the price (overly pricey)everything's should of been warm not cold, sadly even the coffee was barely luke warm. Sadly we would never stay again

Liked: No one at the place, and we were given a very dated room, that smelled with dirty carpet

Liked: Beautiful views and suite. Just wished I could have enjoyed it all. There for a funeral so had no time to spend at resort.
Disliked: I was willing to get down graded to get a room that was already cleaned in order to get to my fathers funeral on time but the staff could not get room ready or allow the down grade unless I canceled my reservation first. So we were late to the funeral.

Disliked: The air conditioner very loud and irritating.Paint peeling off ceiling in sitting area.
