Liked: -Please change beds to non squeak.-Rooms above are noisy.-Corridors are dirty, should be cleaned.-Have ground rooms 2 & 3 with race curtains, too.
Disliked: Squeaking headboard &bed, so bad.

Clean, good sized room with...

Liked: Clean, good sized room with en-suite bathroom just off the A47, but very quiet with no traffic noise.Excellent value for money.

Bright green light!!

Liked: Bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful.
Disliked: Constant bright green light on the ceiling was too bright and disturbed our sleep. No hand wash or hand towel. Kettle on the floor. Out of date milk cartons.

Relaxed, attractive room with good...

Liked: Comfy layout and carpet was great. Outstanding shower room.
Disliked: Shower room was amazing but was a little tatty near the base, presumably due to the moisture and lack of air circulation. Walls kinda thin so could hear movement, flushes and coughs of other guests

Ok, it was clean- but...

Liked: Good location, easy to check into. Very clean room, very clean bathroom thanks. Good idea with curry restaurant and petrol garage at front.
Disliked: No communication on site or welcome folder. No check out message sent to me. Exterior pretty awful, peeling white painted walls, dripping water and green algae. Horrible bin by door with cigarette ends everywhere. Smoke alarm went off twice one morning in room for no reason. Shower mixer bar broken- right hand knob. No waste bin by teas/coffee. No tea bags. more milk please- fridge was on but empty! Secondhand shower gel left in shower. Bed and headboard was just so squeaky and noisy is was comical! Easy to hear people talking in other rooms particularly above.

Great but lost sleep with...

Liked: Nice bathroom. Clean and good sized room. Tea and coffee sachets provided.
Disliked: Uncomfortable mattress. No tv remote. Had to phone for wifi password.
