Lovely hotel but expensive.

Liked: Comfy bed, well appointed room, location. Delicious dinner
Disliked: Expensive. Reception welcome was poor...he was a bit brusque.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. The beds were excellent. The room service {cleaning and making sure we had clean towels} was awesome. The property and the rooms were beautiful. The staff there were awesome.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

Liked: Staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect - walkable to town center where buses, shopping, restaurants were available. Took taxi to some excursions..Very comfortable beds.
Disliked: The "concierge" services were lacking - better off going to the Visitor's Center. I would not recommend the restaurant on the property.

Our stay was outstanding

Liked: Breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the dinner we had there. The whole place from service to the rooms and property are top notch. This was are second stay at Rustic Inn and will go back

Liked: It was a cosy beautiful room. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast and staff there were outstanding!
Disliked: Concierge seemed a little aloof and busy with phone calls ignoring patrons a little.
