Liked: Clean, large room
Disliked: No reception, low beams in room and shower controls are outside the shower??

Lovely stay

Liked: Right in the heart of Broadway and convenient for locals amenities, walks, pubs and restaurants. Beautiful suite with expose brick and really comfy.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely however for a 5 star property I would have expected more choice re cold breakfast eg only cereals available, no fresh fruit and yoghurt

Liked: Very good location. The breakfast food (cooked) was very good. Very nice room.
Disliked: Directions needed off main road to where to park. The "car park" amounted to two gravel areas alongside a public parth.Breakfast was minimal: no fresh bread or croissants, etc. Very limited cereal selection. Coffee by the mug instead of by cafetiere.

Liked: Great full English breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, great location.
Disliked: Air con remote didn't work. Water left in the kettle. No harder pillows provided. Leaking drain from the kitchen onto the path where you walk to the rear carpark. Avocado breakfast was bland.
