Considering the above, it was...

Liked: Very good location. The breakfast food (cooked) was very good. Very nice room.
Disliked: Directions needed off main road to where to park. The "car park" amounted to two gravel areas alongside a public parth.Breakfast was minimal: no fresh bread or croissants, etc. Very limited cereal selection. Coffee by the mug instead of by cafetiere.

Liked: Great full English breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, great location.
Disliked: Air con remote didn't work. Water left in the kettle. No harder pillows provided. Leaking drain from the kitchen onto the path where you walk to the rear carpark. Avocado breakfast was bland.

Liked: The room was new so lovely and clean and spacious.Jus a couple of things to improve. There's 3 fire escape lights in the room which have a green light. Once the lights went off they were quite bright so the room was never dark.For some reason the shower valve isn't in the shower so to adjust the flow and temperature you have to keep getting out of the shower.On the positive the staff were lovely, friendly,smiley and chatty.The full English breakfast was perfect loved it.Perfect location
