I will be back
Liked: It had the most stocked kitchen and every appliance you could use. Clean, and fresh smelling rooms in a quiet location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and nicely appointed. A good stay all round.
Disliked: A little bit out of the way as I can't walk far, but worth it for the quiet.

Overhaul good just a shame...
Liked: Easy accessible. Also how females and males are kept in separate dorms
Disliked: The bed was broken so had to put mattress on floor to sleep

Warm and friendly welcome with...
Liked: A warm and helpful welcome greeted us. We were grateful for the option to have a private room which was spacious and did the job for an evening in Leeds visiting the Arena for a concert. Also chuffed with the 10% discount at The Editor's Draught where we went for dinner. Breakfast facilities plus teas and coffees, etc, were an added bonus we weren't expecting!
Disliked: The blooming doors! Every single time someone left or entered their rooms there was an almighty bang, not ideal at 7 am when we didn't have to be up and out! Also not ideal that the group of notes staying next to us got home at 3/4 am and sat in the communal room chatting loudly while we were trying to sleep, but I totally get that's the nature of the beast when staying at a hostel

Great for short solo stay
Liked: Location was perfect - 5 mins from train station and town centre. Had a kitchen and lounge area with equipment all free to use and complimentary breakfast bar with all sorts of niceties. Manager was kind enough to accept an Amazon parcel for me when I had to make an emergency order!Room door and building had number locks, nice and secure, and I liked the 10pm-7am silent time to ensure peaceful sleep time.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hostel, but my room temp was tropical as the other occupants were used to warmer climes and it made getting to sleep very difficult! The bathrooms were a little grimy, mould on the blinds and stained floor - nothing serious but a little icky. Didn't like having to use the back door after dark - the outdoor light wasn't great and it felt a little unsettling as a lone girl walking into a nearly-unlit carpark area to get back into the building!
