Good location and very helpful...

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff who responded rapidly to all requests. Provided gluten-free breakfast options on request. Comfortable bed and good shower. Good location for town centre and free (limited) parking.
Disliked: No air-con due to age and type of building (fan was provided but still very hot). Breakfast is very typical English cooked with no continental option.

Disliked: The bed was very old, very uncomfortable and had visible stains on the bed base

Liked: Nice location, room was spacious. Comfortable bed. Decent if you need a room to lay your head down in outside London.
Disliked: Staff seemed to disappear after breakfast when checking out. Feels a bit on the expensive side. Creaky ceiling - can hear people walking about in the room upstairs

Great Hotel in the heart...

Liked: The location, the beds, the big and lofty room.
Disliked: The fact that the housekeeper forgot the used bedsheets from the last guests in our room and we slept with them in the room.
