Liked: Breakfast was excellent, service was good.

Rusland pool stay

Liked: Lovely staff , food excellent loads of veggie options , i was spoilt for choice.
Disliked: Having to leave to watch the grand national due to no tv in bar, and bar closed Saturday night due to short staff, but i will say the staff that were on duty were brilliant even being under pressure

Disappointing could have been better

Liked: Things shut as no staff Staff lovely very overworked except for one rude girl

Friendly staff, good food but...

Liked: Staff very friendly & food very tasty. Rooms were very clean. Ideal location for where we were visiting.
Disliked: Old fashioned in need of updating so that was reflected in the low cost which I understand. A very loud prolonged noise disturbed me & my son and other guests late at night. Also noisy early morning so we did not sleep very well as a result.

Was great once again

Liked: The breakfast was great and I’ve stayed a number of times at the Rusland Pool and it’s excellent value for money to catch up with friends

Liked: staff were nice and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and the bed was comfy
Disliked: radiator on full and would not turn off so room was roasting, soo much noice from room above kept us up all night, the shower only went up to barely warm, worms in the bathroom not sure how they got in there, lots of noice from main road, lighting poor in the room so hard to see! wifi not good so electronics difficult to use.
