Liked: Stunning grounds well kept. Lots of history of the building and generously sized rooms
Disliked: Staff were not very knowledgeable about their own menu and wine selection. Cutlery was dirty. Cups were dirty. And bugs were in my coffee one morning which really soured our experience when the spa was very impressive and enjoyable

Liked: The property is beautiful the gardens are amazing and so tranquil
Disliked: The breakfast was awful taste less. The room was stunning. The spa was basic and the treatments were fully booked so only had a swim.

Liked: Breakfast, swimming pool were very good
Disliked: I requested an accessible room with a shower and bars and that was well provided for. However the fact that the room itself had a very thick carpet with underlay made it virtually impossible to manoeuvre the wheelchair on your own. Even moving from one side of the room to the other was a struggle.
