Liked: Enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent choice of food delivered by friendly attentive staff. Garden was beautiful for relaxing after a lovely day sightseeing.
Disliked: The shower in my room needed upgrading. Powered by a mixer tap which took a while to get to safe, comfortable temperature.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. And old fashioned hotel in a good location, close to the centre of St Helier and just metres from the beach! Good breakfast and evening menu. Very hardworking and friendly staff in the restaurant.
Disliked: Shower wasn’t very powerful

Liked: The staff is very kind. The room was ready before time. This hotel is bike friendly. It is well located, close to the ferry terminal (15 minutes walk away) and city center (10 minutes) and beach (2 minutes). Breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The hotel is not well insulated.

Liked: Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to the beach and lido. Very clean friendly staff and lovely breakfast.

Liked: Location was great for what we needed
Disliked: I booked 4 rooms the same and 2 of our party were in what seems to be slightly updated rooms. However two of our party where in a smaller room but for the same price, The bed was absolutely terrible and was like lying on bricks so comfort aspect was non existent for us The bar service was okay depending on who was serving
