Great spot of our Anniversary!

Liked: We liked all the activities they offered and most definitely the location! The private beach access was very nice and there were a lot of other dining options within walking distance. Having access to the other resorts was fun too!
Disliked: Everything was great, parking was a little cramped but other than that, nothing we didn’t like.

Disliked: It was fine until parking became a nightmare with the tents being set up for an event next month.

Liked: - I had accessibility to the island grand resort as well and it was great being able to walk between hotels and enjoy activities on either side!

Enjoyed the stay but not...

Liked: Many restaurants within the location, as well as within walking distance.The room was a nice size with a small kitchenette. Oceanview. Pools with available food and beverage. Staff was nice. Pool towels and beach loungers at no extra charge.
Disliked: Charged $55. a day for extras that were either closed or being worked on several of the days we were there.That was very disappointing for the kids. Pools that were crowded were not kept very clean, however, they do have many pools to choose from so that was a plus. Oceanview view room was nice, but blasting music day and night under the window was too much to enjoy the balcony.

Amazing stay! 10/10

Liked: We have been to many resorts over the last 10 years and this one was the best yet! CLEAN inside and out. (from the elevators, to the walkways - pools, beach) Friendly staff and so many activities for the kids to enjoy.
Disliked: Could not get the coffee in the room right even though I followed directions it was pretty tasteless .

Liked: The staff were super friendly at check in and out. Even the bartender was super pleasant and cheerful.
Disliked: My WiFi didn’t work for 2 days despite them assisting. Then a manager called to ask how my stay was and offered a portable wifi because I needed it for work. This saved the trip and the experience
