Disliked: The tables in the bar very dirty table bottoms full of dirt the bar metal work looks like it's never been cleaned bar front looks dirty if you sit at a table in front of the bar you will see wot l mean

What a waste of money!

Liked: Spa is good. I’d just pay to use the spa. I would not choose to eat or sleep here.
Disliked: Kitchen closed between 3pm and 6pm - joke!£500 to stay in a spa hotel then they want to charge you an extra £60 to go in the spa! - joke Food was not goodDeconstructed burger was a bad jokeMore staff than customers and still nobody servingI don’t think the staff know what good food or good service is so it’s pointless to complain because they just don’t get what £500 per night service should look like. Rooms average at bestLighting system in rooms is annoying. There is nothing I like about the management of this hotel.
