Room was extremely small. Fixtures outdated. Not what I would expect from a Ramada. Very noisy as a train runs right next to the building. It seemed clean but not comfortable. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to restaurants.
Liked: Friendly staff, clean parking area
Disliked: Small, uncomfortable rooms, Train noise

Wish I knew it was...
Liked: The old style, inner courtyard, room decor, coffee/tea bar were all beautiful and elegant. My kids loved being within walking distance to a Spaghetti Factory and adults will love a few more adult restaurants also nearby.

Liked: No breakfast at this hotel which was affiliated with ruby2 but was not the actual ruby2. 24 hour coffee and tea was wonderful.
Disliked: Parking a little awkward but ok,

Disliked: Unfortunately it is close to the train track so you can hear the train at night.

Perfect overnight hotel stay bargain.
Liked: Great location, great price, clean, friendly and helpful staff. For the price I was very impressed. We saw a concert at Spokane arena and it was an easy walk from the hotel. They also provide earplugs so the noise was a non issue for me.
Disliked: The only downside to this place is noise. Both from the trains right beside it and the unsealed room divider doors that made hearing the people in the next room very easy.
