Good

Liked: Clean room and helpful staff.
Disliked: The aircon was not adjustable and we were hot overnight. The room was very small.

Excellent location, very nice hotel

Liked: Very nice hotel close to the Munich HBF. Rooms were very nice, comfy beds, and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The checkin process was an absolute mess -- especially if you're travelling with more than 1 person.

Comfortable and cozy.

Liked: Very convenient to the city center train station. Modern but quaint at the same time. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: It took a minute to figure out where the check-in area was.

Great basic hotel with funky...

Liked: Good no frills hotel close to the train station. Staff are friendly and the bar is open late and has fantastic cocktails.
Disliked: We didn’t realise we chose the environmental option (watch out for that in the check in process) so our room didn’t get serviced and we had to go downstairs to the reception for new ones. Minor inconvenience but something to remember so you hang up your towels.
