Ruby River Hotel

The front desk was very polite and professional. The restaurant/bar was excellent.

Liked: Great location, right next to the river, and just minutes away from Spokane Arena.
Disliked: Parking was free, but really inconvenient. The layout of the hotel made for a lot of walking just to get to your room and back to the parking lot, or restaurant, or whatever. Our room was clean but one bed had such worn sheets, I ripped a 5 inch hole just by sitting on it, without even pulling back the covers. Coffee machine did not work.

Disliked: Room was FREEZING and was still very cold even after leaving heat running on high from the time we arrived until we returned from concert hours later. The food in the restaurant was barely edible and we could have had a better meal at a fast food restaurant.

We stayed a night here while in town to watch the Luke Bryan show. We'll definitely stay again! There is a walking path along the river behind the hotel that was beautiful and it was a short walk straight to the venue. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfy. Good room for a good price.

Liked: Restaurant food was delicious and the prices weren't as high as other places we've stayed.

Liked: the food was good, prices were ok for an in hotel restaurant
Disliked: the surrounding area was deplorable .. i wasnt expecting to see open air drug use and drug addicts nearly naked slapping themselves in the face walking around the parking area .. the big 'we are liable for your car being broken into' signs were the cherry on top. of course these things cant be controlled by the hotel themselves .. but my husband barly slept bc of concerns for our personal property

Liked: Very cool grounds - with a all inclusive resort-like feeling. Close to a lot of fun activities in downtown Spokane.

Liked: It was beautiful being right on the Spokane River. A trail surrounding the back of the property that connected all of the different buildings and the numerous outdoor entertainment areas was a welcome change.

Disliked: The room had an odor- like dog, and the bed was broken in room 612. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Liked: Location close to everything and the walkway along the river behind the hotel is wonderful. The large beautiful pool is amazing. Restaurant patio and staff also great.
