Liked: Good location, close to a U3 metro line. Clean rooms, good lit up mirrors. Comfortable double bed with two separate blankets. Strong shower stream. Cleaning every day. There was a kitchen and a snack machine on our floor where you can help yourself with hot water and free tea.
Disliked: The curtain on the shower is only between the bed and the shower so if you walk through the corridor the shower is transparent. There is no iron / ironing board in the room. The toilet door has a gap so you can still look in. The Marshall speakers did not connect.

Liked: The room was lovely and the location was great! So close to westbanhof station and lots of shopping. I also really liked that the hotel had a work room and activities like movie night

Liked: It was a modern , self chek-in facility, clean, with very practical sens, with many options and opportunities, managed by a young team with excelent communication skills.Even young, the personell ,was very focused in solving problems, occured not from their fault. Highly appreciated. The low quotation for facility was not because of the quality of the facility or services but for some missalignment specified below.
Disliked: It was a missalignment between the size of the room booked and the room distributed. Probably computers AI fault.The personell tried to ofer a compensation involving breakfast. Was let say a kind of solution but I chosed this hotel exactly for the room perspective. I canceled another booking at a different hotel for this. Was unconfortable but at the end accepted by both parts.
