Good hotel, would recommende especially...

Liked: A modern hotel, great location, very clean and comfortable. The loft room was very spacious.
Disliked: We couldn’t switch off the air conditioning and the temperature options were limited, which made the room too cold at night. Removing the key card was the only solution to switch it off.

Hard place to stay for...

Liked: Breakfast (including smoked salmon), staff (all were good, but the east Asian lady was a star) and location. There is a nice balcony bar/eating area too.
Disliked: The rooms (at least ours, 131) have not been designed for comfort. TV is practically in the bed; where, the bed is more similar to an elevated surface with a few steps. Our room was too far from the lift, and there are several steps in hotel entrance too. Overall, it is painful to be there with luggage. The enterance of the hotel is very difficult to find and access by cars. Too inconvenient for the high cost.

A fresh take on downtown...

Liked: Minimalistic decor that made the room restful and comfy, with great arty touches everywhere. Lovely shower room. Set right in the shopping center of the city but very quiet. Loved the terrace, the cocktails, and the salsa classes offered to guests over happy hour.

Disliked: Beds are comfortable but awkward

Liked: The trick is not to book cheapest room, like I've done last year - bed was in odd location and very difficult to get in/out. This year, one room up, worked.
