Disliked: The hotel looks nice and the rooms are small but comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The discounted parking card didn’t work, and staff simply said “that’s just how it is.” The shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom, but no one knew how to fix it, and they wouldn’t let us speak to the manager or provide staff names. The hotel was full, so no room change was offered, and nothing was done to resolve the issue. The air conditioning also didn’t work or couldn’t be adjusted. Overall, staff were indifferent and unhelpful.
