Amazing place to stay for...

Liked: The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very new and luxurious. We had an amazing stay!
Disliked: At first we were confused with the elevators but once we found out how everything worked it was a piece of cake

Liked: After several things went wrong with our assigned room, the staff changed our room the next day and everything worked perfectly there. Special thanks to Gio, he's genuinely friendly, caring, and funny.
Disliked: There were several things malfunctioning in our room - first of all, the room door couldn't be opened with the keycard from the outside. We had to go 3 times from the 13th floor to the lobby to get help. As we were checking-in at an ungodly hour of 4:30 AM (after a 5 hour train delay), the staff let us into the room with their card, with the promise that they will fix the door the next day or swap the room. We accepted the deal as we could still open the door from the inside, to be able to get out.Then we found out that the iPad controls were faulty, the light to the toilet just couldn't be turned on, and we had to use our mobile phone while inside. The safe was stuck, we were unable to lock/unlock it during first use. All these issues were verified by their staff Gio the next day, who let us change to another room.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Amenities were excellent. 3 minute walk to metro.
