Liked: lovely location close to Palace. staff incredibly friendly. breakfast lovely.
Disliked: room was a bit small for price and toiletries very basic - expected better if I'm honest.

Liked: location was great and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are dated and it is not value for money. Drinks in the bar are very expensive. they There was a £15 a day on to your bill for staff gratuities but don?t tell you this at check in. this resulted in me tipping throughout the stay and being ?double dipped? at check out, although you have the option to remove this, it is slightly awkward when people are behind you.
