Superb
Liked: The stay was amazing. I wish I could remember the name of the staff member, he took a good care of us! Everything was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakdown of the charges was unclear, and I didn’t fully understand what I was being charged for. It also seems that I was charged more than I was supposed to.

Our stay was great I...
Liked: Everyone was pleasant and super helpful. The accommodations were great and when we needed something it was brought to us quickly. Louis was especially helpful with our car, luggage and sending us off into the right direction around the city.

Nice but room needs to...
Liked: Rooftop pool was nice
Disliked: Room smelled like marajuana. I woke up the next day with red itchy blotches all my back, leg and face. I was bitten my bed bugs.

Horrible
Liked: The hotel’s location was super convenient—just a 15-minute walk to Penn Station, which made getting around easy. The room itself was spotless, and I genuinely appreciated how clean everything felt. The bathroom was definitely a standout. It was spacious, had a double-faucet sink with plenty of counter space, and the wall-to-wall mirror gave it an elevated feel. The shower was amazing—super clean and had great water pressure. We didn’t end up using the tub, but it looked just as pristine. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. And… that’s pretty much where the good ends.
Disliked: Where do I even begin? First off, asking for a late checkout shouldn’t feel like pulling teeth. I stayed at another hotel literally the night before and they had no issue offering a 2PM checkout—easy, no stress. But here? I asked multiple times, and not once did anyone mention it would cost an extra $200. On top of that, having to call early in the morning on the day of checkout just to see if it was even possible felt unnecessary and inconvenient.Let’s talk about the thermostat—it was locked. I’ve never stayed anywhere with that kind of restriction, especially when it was ridiculously hot outside. It wasn’t until my friend told them she felt sick from being in the heat all day that someone finally came to override it. Even then, I couldn’t adjust it later that night. I ended up getting sick because the air was blasting in my face all night with no way to turn it down. Now the bed… not great. The pillows were even worse—flat and unsupportive. Definitely didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There were three of us in the room, with one person on the sofa bed—and we were given one pillow and one blanket for that setup. When we asked for extras, we were told they couldn’t accommodate the request. Thankfully, someone eventually brought one more pillow.Ordering food to the room? Another hassle. The menu is already super limited, and the two items we wanted were “sold out.” We figured we’d just go to the restaurant instead—only to find out it’s closed on Sundays. All in all, you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience over such basic things.
