Liked: I really can't say there was anything we really liked about this property & we've stayed in a lot in New York
Disliked: rooms were not that clean,Didn't get told about the facilities when we arrived,didn't know about the gym until we were leaving,to get to the pool you have to go through the bar with people sitting there drinking & as soon as you step out off elevator to go to the pool you are greeted with people drinking..you have to be escorted out to take a photo from roof top,we were told that we had to sit at the bar on the stool and could not move to the other side where the comfortable seating was,my suitcase got broke when we first arrived when they put it in the store because our room wasn't quite ready,overall poor should be a 3 star at most

Liked: Room was clean with nice turnings. comfortable bed. great views from balcony. the staff was great, txting everyday to ensure we didn?t need anything, nice touch!
Disliked: No complaints!
