Royal Sun Palm Springs

A fantastic stay overall!

Liked: Decor, cleanliness, nice-sized pool, friendly lobby staff, proximity to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: We have stayed here multiple times. Unfortunately, this time there was something wrong with the AC in our room. The hotel promptly sent someone to take a look and they reset the unit. It worked for a few hours but broke down in the middle of the night again. My husband got it working again and it was fine until we checked out. Someone did come to follow up in the morning, which we appreciated. We haven’t had issues with AC in other rooms before, so I think we just got unlucky this time.

Almost everything was good.

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful, I was attracted by the rooms. The staff is very friendly
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, it was difficult to sleep. But the soft beds compensated for this a little. Unfortunately, the floors were very dirty in the room and the door handle in the toilet kept falling off.

Superb

Disliked: Breakfast, which was not breakfast. Coffee, tea & 1 (one) croissant. BUT the croissant was really delicious! hot, fresh baked in the hotel.

Awesome, well run hotel with...

Liked: Great rooms, clean, well designed, very comfortable. Great, friendly, professional staff. And an awesome DJ at the pool. Well run operation and a pleasure to be there.

New favorite place

Liked: The hotel was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable. The staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Only minor thing, the floor in our room was dirty, had to walk around with shoes.

Brilliant hotel that I would...

Liked: Lovely property. Breakfast pastries, fruit and coffee was a nice surprise. Food at the hotel bar was delicious and the service was fantastic.
