Pleasant

Liked: Superb location, view from room stunning. Porter very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: In truth it's not a hotel. Provides a room in a spectacular location. Front desk staff seem a little stressed. No Bar. Breakfast on site not possible.

Liked: The staff made our stay very comfortable and made our stay very memorable. The location halfway up the Spanish Steps was excellent and we enjoyed our time on the balcony watching the world go by.

Superb location and a comfortable...

Liked: Centrally located right on the Spanish steps. 10 on 10 for walkability. The room smelled great and the bed was wonderful. They even give you a plush robe which was super nice. But, nothing is complimentary here other than that robe. No water, or even coffee. They provide tea bags and that’s pretty much it. But the location makes up for a lot of the small minuses. You will enjoy walking around the area near the hotel as just about every who’s who of big designers are located there.

Overall I would recommend this...

Liked: The hotel is located in a central location and made visiting the city very easy.
Disliked: A very bright light that is used to illuminate the hotel exterior created less than favorable conditions to sleep.
