Liked: Right next to the train station, which is convenient but can be noisy.The room and breakfast were average, nothing special, but no complaints.
Disliked: I booked this particular hotel for the leisure facilities, which were out of order and noone told me before i arrived, so I stayed next to the train tracks for no reason

Staff made the stay lovely

Disliked: First room had a broken thermostat and was far to hot, fans provided made little difference.We had a pram and had to go round the back and knock or ring reception to enter hotel as we were using the emergency exit to enter.First room we were given had additional stairs after exiting the lift and we couldn't take pram to the room.
