Not as good as advertised

Liked: BREAKFAST was good however poor toaster
Disliked: Only one side with a table lamp, no easy chairs to sit down just hard dining room chairs in the room.Check in is down at 1500 we never got into our room until 1700 as it was not ready

Liked: Clean and warm roomOn arrival.
Disliked: Our room was located on the front of the hotel therefore exceptional noise at all hours of the day and night.

Liked: Food was good
Disliked: From when we got their we were double to charged for the room after finaly swapping a chqnging rooms because we never got what we paid for we were told last swim was at 5.45 and is also says this in the hotel upon arriving at 4.45 this was not the case so werent able to use the facilities this was one of the main reasins for the trip also we come has couoke for a night away to spend some tike togerher and were unable to do so due to the problems while we were!
