Liked: room was comfortable and bed comfy. location excellent in middle of village overlooking river hamble. for price paid would have expected breakfast to be included. no good for disabled people has had to cope with 3 flights of narrow stairs.
Disliked: breakfast for price paid of £150.00 for treble room should have been included. amount of stairs to climb.

Great location and a bed...

Liked: Great location but a strange hotel experience. No catering option (breakfast or evening meal) apart from a few evenings a week if pre- booked.Options nearby though and Jenny’s was excellent for breakfast and Kings & Queens perfect for the evening meal, both 5 mins walk from the property.
Disliked: The main building is great but rooms quite basic and interesting shower in one of the rooms (loose shower head).
