Great location, great hotel, excellent...

Liked: Everything was very nice, except the food. Pool was clean, beach was clean, people were friendly. What else can you ask for? My family loved the beds and pillows. Fast elevators, great assistance from the staff.
Disliked: The restaurant food was subpar; the drinks were small and overpriced. The Herb Roasted Chicken was for a 3–6-year-old and was near $30. This is a fantastic hotel, but they fail at food.

Disliked: Our initial room did not have a proper functioning air conditioner. They only agreed to more us on our 3rd day.

Beautiful property with beach and...

Liked: Location is Great for families. Restaurants, pharmacy and other conveniences in the area. Hotel has parking accross the street but offers quick and efficient valet. Great beach and beautiful pool on the property. Excellent, friendly and hospitable staff all around. Hotel has one security monitoring the pool and beach area. Never felt unsafe in the hotel nor the area! Housekeeping was fantastic! Rooms cleaned and refreshed daily.
Disliked: Ocean Breeze restaurant located outside overlooking the ocean closed at 7:00 pm daily. Excellent staff and great service but wished it was open later at least on the weekends.
