This was my first time at your hotel. It will most likely be the last. Lanny R. Cawthon Lieutenant Colonel, USAF (Retired).
Liked: The view. But then again, I can get that from any number of hotels in the area. I found little else about your hotel to warrant recommending it.
Disliked: Charging my debit card for $100.00 per night at check in. I have travelled world-wide extensively for the past 30 years. This type of charge is unheard of in the really good hotels. It is a blemish on yours that you chose such a policy. Additionally, your front desk staff is rude. They seem well-versed in hotel policy and care little for your guest's side of a discussion. Lastly, trying to get your concierge to get a taxi for my wife and I to the Lyric Theater seemed too much of a trouble for him. Even after one hour - I had to find one myself.

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable, roomy with plenty of storage. The breakfast room was delightful.
Disliked: The room keys didn't work when we first got to the room, but the bellhop quickly got replacements.

Don't Judge Me! Welcome My...
Liked: The Bell Guys were awesome.
Disliked: The reception staff were awefull! I got to the Hotel early 11am was told my suite was not ready I advise the receptionist that I requested early checking It was not granted I was told checking was at 4pm to come back then came back to the hotel 45 minutes to 4pm I was told that my room was not going to be ready until 4pm

Liked: room was beautiful facility was quiet staff was great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Disliked: I am disappointed that despite having checked out on Sunday there remains a hold on my account for $200. in excess of my bill at the time of check out. Although i understand there are policies to this effect. it was never even explained at the time of check in that there would be an additional 200. held on my credit card. Had this been explained to me i would have used a different card. However it is well after 48 hours past check out and there remains a 600. hold on my account for 401. bill.

Great family/girls weekend
Liked: The beds are amazing! Very clean. Had complimentary Cake for our moms birthday. The Harbor Coew is breath taking.
Disliked: The room service is ridiculously over priced, and the food was not that good. Eggs are runny.

NICE FACILITY BUT ROOMS ARE...
Liked: The location was wonderful for the inner harbor. Everything is right there.
Disliked: Nice hotel. Lobby, restaurant and halls are regal, The suite was nice however the bathroom was a little outdated.
