Liked: I like that this hotel is really close to the areas I need to access. The beds are always comfortable and having toiletries in the bathroom is always a plus.
Disliked: This specific stay was not the best. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this time was the worst. The room was clearly not cleaned well. There was a flaming hot cheeto on the floor in the main room, random stuff on the ground in the bathroom, and the shower curtain looked as if someone puked on it recently and was badly stained. There is no mini fridge in the room (which I was aware of) but it still is a benefit that isn't available unless requested. My room also had no TV remote. We had to call the FD for one. I'm not sure if the TV has a cast system or is a SMART TV in some way, but it didn't appear to be. Also, the breakfast listed in all the Booking.com communication says 7:00AM only to find at the hotel it is 8:00AM. That is pretty late for business travelers and I was very disappointed as I planned my mornings around that.
