Superior bellhops; fabulously clean; extreme comfort; soundproof; overall highly recommended.

Liked: Incredible views of city from River View room. Room nicely decorated. Bed very comfy. Staff very helpful. Nice food and drinks in restaurant. Had the grab n? go breakfast option but sitdown breakfast was available that day as well. I?d stay here again if I was back in Chicago.
Disliked: Room was beside elevator, so slightly noisy at times during the night. Minor inconvenience.
