Liked: The location was great. Most of the staff was nice. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: We valet parked our car with the hotel and when we received our vehicle back, a nice pair of prescription Oakley sunglasses were taken. The only people who had access to my vehicle were the valet drivers.

Liked: It's the perfect location, right on the river front! Our room was on the 34th floor facing the river and offered amazing views, especially since this was our first time in Chicago it made a great impression. The girl at the reception when we checked in was great, super friendly, and very welcoming! The room and the hotel met our expectations and didn't disappoint. Clean, great decor, comfortable beds, and fluffy towels. Daily housekeeping was greatly appreciated as there is nothing better than coming to a clean and made-up room after a day of exploring. The coffee machine and daily coffee supply refills were welcomed by the coffee drinker in the family. Also, we loved the gym, which is a full-size gym and face towels, and the cold refill water station at the gym was great! We had a great stay, I highly recommend and will stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like. Only as a suggestion that the coffee station may include a couple of bags of tea as the tea drinker in the family missed out on having a hot cuppa in the morning.
